We have had the opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects delivering clear and engaging content on complex technical areas, looking at how views of customers can shape plans and strategies and delivering engaging narrative. Below are just some of the projects we have delivered.

Public consultation on Affinity Water's Water Resources Management Plan

Led the production of all public facing documents to support the submission of Affinity Waters draft and revised draft Water Resources Management Plan as well as leading their Stakeholder engagement workstream.

Anglian Water - Customer Engagement Synthesis

To support Anglian Waters Price Review submission in 2024 we independently analysed and assessed all their customer research to ensure their business plan reflected the needs of their customers.

Grand Union Canal Transfer - Non-statutory public consultation

Working with a very talented illustrator and designer we led the development of the brand for the Grand Union Canal Transfer and a suite of documents to support its non-statutory consultation.
