Faldrax Consulting Ltd was founded in 2019 to offer clients a bespoke consultancy service. Our view is that there is a role for small, agile agency like Faldrax Consulting to work not only for our clients, but alongside them.
Demands from customers and stakeholders are changing. Organisations we work with rightly ask themselves: how can we better communicate with our customers and stakeholders, how do we involve them and encourage them to participate in developing our plans for the future. Our belief is that through good quality, transparent engagement we can turn critical friends into important allies and angry customers into advocates.

This is what really excites us as consultants, and in our experience, adds most value to our clients. And because of our 'no overheads' business model, we are able to offer a very hands on, senior level of expertise that most traditional agencies cannot.

Director (and founder)
Clare has worked in the utility industry for over 29 years and is an accomplished and incisive director. She has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement, customer research, public relations, asset management, regulation and sustainability.

Able to work right across a business whether engaging with board members, strategic stakeholders, local communities or on the front-line, Clare’s engagement style is informed, confident, considerate and warm.

Results-oriented with excellent leadership skills and able to multi-task and meet established deadlines with a key focus on quality and inclusivity.

How We Got Our Start
Having been in the utilities industry for over 29 years our founder (Clare) wanted to offer a bespoke service to clients in the form of a flexible but professional consultancy. Having often being faced herself in client-side roles with having to work across a number of consultancies to provide stakeholder and community engagement, editorial and proofing services, strategic and regulatory advice she wanted to create an agency that would flex to the client's needs and roll their sleeves up and get stuck in!

ENGAGEMENT
We advise and assist companies in getting out into their communities; we co-design and deliver events and activities; we seek varied ways for communities and the individuals within them to have their say. We believe clear messaging is crucial -Â cutting through complex information to make every communication meaningful and impactful.
RESEARCH
We review and analyse existing knowledge and data; we can help design surveys, focus groups and interviews; and work with a number of market research agencies to connect the dots between business planning and engagement.
CONSULTATION
We assist clients with stakeholder mapping; help them to shape and design consultations and undertake independent analysis of the feedback. We are members of the Consultation Institute so we stay up to date with best practice and the case law that defines how consultations should be undertaken.
